摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain an air/fuel ratio at the prescribed value irrespective of the variation in a load by obtaining combustion gas temperature at the flow measuring point from the flow rate, temperature, temperature measuring point of combustion gas and a distance between the flow rate measuring points and adjusting the flow rate of the flow measuring points in accordance with the flow rate corrected by the temperature in this manner. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas 21 of a furnace and fuel 22 are thermally exchanged by a heat exchanger 23, and the fuel 22 becoming at a high temperature is uniformly distributed at every zone in a branch header 24. Then, the distributed fuel is supplied through a flowrate meter 25 which measures the flow rate from the differential pressure and an operation valve 26 to respective burners 27. In this case, a temperature signal corrected by a flow rate is calculated by a temperature correcting circuit 29 from the outputs of the meter 25 and a thermometer 28 and a distance from the temperature measuring point to the flow measuring point, and is inputted together with the output of the flowrater meter 25 to a flow rate correcting circuit 30 to correct the temperature of the flowrate signal. The valve 26 is controlled through a flowrate control meter 31 in accordance with the deviation between the output of the circuit 30 and the set value, thereby controlling the flow rate.
