The frame is used for supporting a boat cover, and comprises two gable parts both connected to a primary component absorbing tractive force. The gable parts have at least two longitudinal sections which are held together at one end where they support the tractive force absorption component, and at their other ends are separate. - At the separated ends of the longitudinal sections, they are attachable to the boat outer side edges at a distance from the end part of the craft so that the extent of the tractive force absorption component is equal to the overall length of the vessel. |
