PURPOSE:To improve an oscillation dumping characteristic and durability by constituting a diaphragm with an elastic gum and a curved metal plate and also forming an air chamber between an elastic gum thin plate which shapes the second fluid chamber and a casing. CONSTITUTION:A diaphram is composed of a member 6a made of an elastic gum and a member 6b made of a metal plate, and has a throttle hole 60 in the center. The member 6a is shaped in a circle, has a plane on the side facing the first fluid chamber 1, and projects around the throttle hole 60. In the back side, the outer circumference is shaped in a cylindrical cross section, and the center forms a concave curve. The member 6b is shaped in a corresponding form the rear of the member 6a and is attached in close contact with it. A thin plate 10 of an elastic gum forming the second fluid chamber 2 gets into close contact with the member 6b, and a dish-like casing 20 made of a metal plate is arranged so as to sorround the thin plate 10 from below. A throttle hole 201 is formed in the center of the casing 20. |
