PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance of contact sliding faces by forming abrasion resistant covering on both ends of leaf springs where they contact and slide to adjacent leaf springs. CONSTITUTION:Leaf springs 1 made of FRP are laminated by use of interleaves 2 and are clamped and fixed to an axle 4 by bolts 3, and they are constituted so that both ends 1a of laminated individual leaf springs 1 contact and slide to adjacent leaf springs 1. Abrasion resistant covering C containing abrasion resistant particles G is formed on the faces S where both ends 1a of individual leaf springs contact and slide to the adjacent leaf springs. |
