A precast concrete shape management device comprises a laser scanner, a noise remover, a coarse controller, a fine controller, and a determination device. The laser scanner transmits a laser beam to a side of a target object via a reflective mirror, and receives scan data transferred from the side of the target object via the reflective mirror. The noise remover removes noise included in the scan data to provide side data of the target object. The coarse controller matches a side edge formed by side edge data corresponding to an edge of the side of the target object in the side data with a model edge formed by model edge data corresponding to an edge of a predetermined design model to provide coarse side data corresponding to the side data. The fine controller maps a point corresponding to the coarse side data onto one surface among a plurality of surfaces included in the side of the target object to provide fine side data. The determination device compares the fine side data and design model data corresponding to the design model to determine whether the target object is normal.
