Disclosed is a hand trolley that provides easier lifting of an object. The hand truck includes a main body and a lifting platform movable relative to the main body for applying a lifting force to a load by a foot force applied by a foot of an operator. The lifting apparatus is configured to receive the foot force in a plurality of stages for applying the lifting force. The lifting apparatus includes a lower member for receiving a first portion of the foot force in a first stage; and an upper member for receiving a second portion of the foot force in a subsequent second stage. |
