PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus capable of carring out coating finish to a reinforcing material certainly and well wherein a resin storing recessed place is formed to the leading end side of a reinforcing material press member and, corresponding to the retractive movement of the press member, an extruding means for a stored resin is provided so as to be directed to the formed retracted space. CONSTITUTION:A part 4a of a molten resin 4 injected and filled in a cavity 3 is flowed into a recessed place 6 formed to the press leading end side of a first cylindrical member 5 to be stored therein. To the direction of a space 8 formed when the first member 5 is retracted, a second pin like member 7 for extruding the stored resin 4a is provided or a compression fluid flow passage 7' communicated with the recessed place 6 is provided. |
