PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radar signal processor and a radar apparatus capable of achieving correspondence between resolution cells considering motion of a target.SOLUTION: The radar signal processor includes: a correspondence table generation part 32 for creating a resolution cell correspondence table in which resolution cells of a distance-azimuth angle two-dimensional map Ma of a first radar 200 are made correspond to resolution cells of a distance-azimuth angle two-dimensional map Mb of a second radar 300; a search area setting part 4 for setting a remarked cell i in the distance-azimuth angle two-dimensional map Ma, predicting motion of a predetermined target, and setting a search area E corresponding to the remarked cell i in the distance-azimuth angle two-dimensional map Mb on the basis of the motion prediction and the resolution cell correspondence table created by the correspondence table generation part 32; a search type integration cell extraction part 5 for extracting a resolution cell having the highest evaluation function value out of the resolution cells composing the search area E set by the search area setting part 4 as an integration cell; and an incoherent integration processing part 6 for adding the extracted integration cell to the remarked cell. |
