A communication equipment setting device (20) for setting a plurality of switch devices (13) has, in one embodiment, a setting control unit (23), an electrical power supply control unit (22), and a setting unit (24). The setting control unit (23) sequentially selects the setting specifics for a switch device (13) for which connection is complete. The electrical power supply control unit (22) performs a control in which electrical power is supplied only to the switch device (13), from among the switch devices (13), that is addressed by the setting specifics selected by the setting control unit (23). The setting unit (24) causes the switch device (13) that is supplied with electrical power by the electrical power supply control unit (22) to be set according to the setting specifics selected by the setting control unit (23). |
