Provided is an electric bicycle in which it is possible to widen the pitch between connection terminals, and in which it is possible to reduce the force necessary to mount a battery device. In the electric bicycle, a battery device (20) is detachably mounted onto a battery mounting portion (30) provided on the body of the electric bicycle. A plurality of connection terminals (24), (35), which are connected to each other, are disposed on the battery mounting portion (30) and the battery device (20). The battery device (20) is configured such that when being mounted onto the battery mounting portion (30), the battery device is caused to rotate about a rotational axis (33b) and is thereby mounted. The connection terminals (24), (35) of the battery device (20) and the battery mounting portion (30) are disposed so as to be divided into a plurality of rows that are at differing distances from the rotational axis (33b). |
