A system aiding in improvement of the patency degree of an upper respiratory tract (37) of a user by combining negative-pressure respiratory therapy and regulation of relative angles of the head and the neck/shoulders of the user during sleeping. The system comprises an angle locating unit, an oral interface unit (98) and a vacuum source (972). The angle locating unit regulates the head, the neck and the upper trunk of the user to a relative angle range which is most suitable for the negative-pressure respiratory therapy during sleeping, then negative pressure is provided to the oral interface unit (98) via the vacuum source (972) so as to be transmitted to an oral cavity, and by means of the negative pressure, a tongue (31) and a soft palate (33) can be moved forward and upward in the oral cavity so as to increase the distance between the soft palate (33) and a throat rear wall (35) as well as the distance between the root of the tongue and the throat rear wall (35), thereby increasing the patency degree of the upper respiratory tract (37) of the user. |
