A tapping machine control system, comprising: an automatic feeding mechanism (1), for supplying a product; a clamping apparatus (2), for clamping the product to move the same to a preset location; a splitter (3), for rotating the product according to a preset angle; and a controller (4), electrically connected to the tapping machine, the automatic feeding mechanism, the clamping apparatus, and the splitter, for controlling the operation thereof. Also disclosed is a tapping machine control method. Employing the above control system can enable a low cost tapping machine to integrate an automatic control function, reduce processing cost and requirements of a device, and achieve circuit-based seamless automatic control for tapping a long axis product. |
