PURPOSE:To attain the quick transmission of information, by setting a character information input device at an originating station and reading and displaying the input information given from the character information input means at a receiving station. CONSTITUTION:The character information to be transmitted is supplied by a character information input key 1, and the number of the information receiver is designated by a receiver designating key 2. With a push of a transmission permission key 5, the character information can be transmitted to the receiver side. The signals of the pushed keys 1-5 are applied to a control circuit device 6, and the supplied character information, the number of the receiver, the number of the receiving person, etc. are displayed at a display 8. At the same time, the character information is stored in a storage device 7. Each signal is transmitted to the receiving station via a MODEM9. The receiving station contains a decoder 13 for designated device number, a decoder 16 for received sentence, etc. within a control circuit 12.
