The present invention relates to an optical film having an adhesive layer attached thereto.The optical film having an adhesive layer attached thereto has excellent durability, makes a display panel less bent and causes little thermal non-homogeneity when used in the form of a thin film-type optical film. The optical film having an adhesive layer attached thereto comprises an optical film (2A) and an adhesive layer (1) stacked on at least one surface of the optical film (2A). In the optical film, the surface that is in contact with the adhesive layer (1) comprises an acrylic resin. In addition, the adhesive layer (1) comprises an adhesive obtained from an adhesive composition comprising: a (meth)acrylate copolymer (A) containing an aliphatic structure-containing monomer (a1) and an aromatic ring-containing monomer (a2) as monomer units forming a polymer; and a crosslinking agent (B).
