PURPOSE:To stabilize the frequency of oscillation to the fluctuation of the power supply voltage, by using a diode which is biased forward from the power supply via a resistance for a resistance of a feedback circuit that feeds back the output of an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating circuit is formed with a direct coupled amplifier consisting of transistors TRQ11 and TRQ12 plus a feedback circuit including a capacitors C11 and C12 plus a diode D21. A TRQ14 is connected in parallel to the TRQ11 to control the start and stop of the oscillation, and at the same time an output is extracted through waveform shaping TRQ13. A resistance R21 is connected between the anode of the diode D21 and the power supply terminal to bias forward the diode D21. Thus the impedance of the D21 has fluctuation with the fluctuation of the power supply voltage. Then the fluctuation is compensated for the frequency of oscillation to the fluctuation of the power supply voltage. |
