PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a top coat layer excellent in high transparency from the viewpoint of designability, scratch resistance of the surface, and post-processing resistance that is not affected by post-processing such as V-groove bending processing.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet formed of a plurality of resin layers has at least a top coat layer to which a dispersant converted into a vesicle by a supercritical reversed phase evaporation method, and inorganic fine particles are added.
