PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head and a liquid jet device which suppress inhibition of displacement of a piezo element, and prevent breakage of the piezo element.SOLUTION: A head includes: a passage forming substrate 10 which has a pressure generation chamber 12 communicating with a nozzle 21 for jetting a liquid; a piezo element 300 arranged on one surface side of the passage forming substrate 10; a drive circuit board 30 which is bonded to the one surface side of the passage forming substrate 10 by an adhesive layer 35 and has a drive circuit 31 for driving the piezo element 300. The piezo element 300 and the drive circuit 31 are electrically connected by a bump 32 arranged on either of the passage forming substrate 10 or the drive circuit board 30. A holding part 36 which is surrounded by the adhesive layer 35 and holds the piezo element 300 inside is formed between the drive circuit board 30 and the passage forming substrate 10. The holding part 36 is opened to an atmosphere by an atmosphere open path 37 arranged by passing the drive circuit board 30 through in a lamination direction Z of the passage forming substrate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
