PURPOSE:To improve missing lines on a display screen even under external disturbance, by detecting a specific code common to all packets and adjusting it to a generating timing of a framing code detecting pulse. CONSTITUTION:A specific code detection section 67 outputs a pulse when a specific commonly provided for all character broadcast packets is detected. A counter 72 is reset with a specific code detecting pulse and counts a data sampling pulse from an input terminal 341. When the count value counts up and reaches a detecting timing of a framing code, a decoder 73 detects it and generates a virtual framing code detecting pulse. |
