PURPOSE:To bundle a coil simply by inserting a tape formed with a recess groove after the coil is wound on a bobbin, cutting it in the prescribed length, and then superposing one end of the tap, thereby bundling the coil. CONSTITUTION:After a coil 38 is wound on a bobbin 21 having tape inserting holes 22, 23 at the upper and lower ends, a tape 34 formed with a recess groove longitudinally is passed through the hole 23 into the other side, is cut in the prescribed length, and the end of the tape 34 is superposed while pressing the coil 38 on the rollers 36, 37, thereby completing the bundling work of the coil. After the work of bundling the coil, a supporting rod 26 is pulled from a support 25, one ends of a plurality of supports 25 are reduced in diameter, and the bundled coil is then removed. |
