PURPOSE:To achieve sure paper discharge in high speed for the recording paper after recording at reversing, by eliminating slack of the recording paper at forward run, through the change in the number of roller revolutions of paper discharge roller at forward and reverse of the driving source. CONSTITUTION:At the foward running of a platen roller 19, the number of revolutions of an upper side roller 22A is about 1.4 times that of the platen roller 19, and since the upper side roller 22A is a metallic roller and a lower side roller is a rubber roller and aslo a feeding force is about 1/3, no slack is caused to the roll recording paper between the platen roller 19 and the discharge paper roller 22(22A and 22B). At the reversing of the platen roller 19, the upper roller 22A is set so that it rotates in about 2.7 times that of the platen roller 19, and while the tip of the roll recording paper this side the cutter 21A,B is drawn back, the recording paper after cut-off can surely be discharged on a tray 23 in high speed. |
