PURPOSE:To enable to securely and easily connect the coil and the segments of the subject armature by a method wherein a sheet-shaped conductor bundle is wound around in spiral form, a conductor with rectangular cross section whose insulation coating was peeled off, is arranged on the inner surface of the conductor bundle, and commutator segments are arranged opposing with said conductor bundle. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical coil of an armature is manufactured as follows: Firstly, coils 3 and 4 are formed by winding the conductor bundle 2, whereon a square-shaped conductor 1 was formed in parallel and at an equal pitch in the rotating direction heading to the opposite direction to each other, and these coils 3 and 4 are coupled with each other and the entire cylindrical coil is formed into a closed loop. Then, the inner layer coil 3 is formed into the shape wherein a square-shaped conductor, whereon at least an insulating coil 9 on one surface is exfoliated, is arranged at the position where the sheet width of the sheet-shaped conductor bundle 2 was equally divided by the number of connector segments, and the commutator segment 6, which was radially formed on one side of a commutator disc 8, and the above-mentioned insulation coating exfoliated section are opposed with each other. As a result, the soldering work to be performed on the segments and the conductor can be conducted completely and easily. |
