PURPOSE:To easily produce a vibration diaphragm having excellent characteristics at the treble, by mixing 1-10wt% cord type material to the mica flakes and sticking an aggregate mica foil made of the cord type mixed material with use of a binder made of the thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:The calcined mica is beaten by the water jet, and the mica flake is controlled to 40-120 meshes. Then the Manila fiber having 80 deg. SR beating degree is mixed to the mica flakes by 7wt% and stirred sufficiently. After this, the aggregate mica foil mixed with the Manila fiber is formed into a cone. This cone is dipped into a binder in which the main agent and the hardener of epifoam K8247 are mixed by 50wt% each and stirred sufficiently to ensure 30wt% attachment of the binder. Such cone is dried for 5min at 100 deg.C. Then a conical metal mold of 12cm caliber is used to apply the heating press. In such way, a diaphragm which has the improved brittleness, a large elastic coefficient and a wide frequency band is produced in a simple way. |
