PURPOSE:To provide in a simple and rapid manner a high precision frame for resin potting on a print board by a method wherein a dry photoresist film is used. CONSTITUTION:A combination of a photopolymerizable layer 42 and a protecting polyester film 41 constitute a 20-500mum thick dry photoresist film 4, and is covered with a mask 5. The lamination is exposed to light for curing and then developed by a specified process for the formation of a frame 7 with a width W on the print board P. Next, a semiconductor device or the like is installed in a cavity 3, wire bonded, and then resin potted. This setup uses light for curing for the simple, rapid formation of frame, resulting in a high precision frame on a print board. |
