PURPOSE:To improve both the heat resistance and the water resistance, by applying the pressure and heating to a vibration diaphragm made by mixing the natural fiber and the carbon fiber and by means of the thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 71.4wt% wood pulp and 8.6wt% bast fiber is beated by a beating machine for 60 minutes to control the degree of beating to 25 deg.SR-28 deg.SR, and then 20wt% carbon fiber having 1.73g/cm<3> density and 6mm. sectional roundness is thrown into the beating machine to be split without impairing the structure of the carbon fiber. The beaten material is formed conical by a paper machine, and the paper is made through the paper making net. then both the application of pressure and the heat drying are carried out at one time with about 2kg/cm<2> density. Thus a diaphragm cone is obrained. This cone is dipped into a binder made of the thermosetting resin to obtain 30wt% resin content. Then the pressure and heat are applied to the cone to obtain a diaphragm having large E/rho value and excellent (f) properties. |
