PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an input circuit, by applying an input signal to the input section of one transistor (TR) via a preamplifier circuit and applying it to the input section of other TR via a logical circuit. CONSTITUTION:TRs Qu and Qd are connected in series with a power supply, an NAND gate 31 is provided at the input section of the TRQu and a preamplifier circuit 32 is provided at the input section of the TRQd. A pulse signal y1 is inputted to the input terminal of the NAND gate 31 and the preamplifier circuit 32, and a common pulse signal Ia is inputted to other input terminal of the NAND gate 31. When the pulse signal y1 is at high level, a current flows to the base of the TRQd, and it is conductive. When the pulse signal y1 and the Ia are at a low level at the same time, the TRQu is conductive. |
