PURPOSE:To reduce the crosstalk within a logical circuit, by adding a logical circuit that delivers a signal having the adverse polarity to the input signal to another logical circuit that drives the load in case plural input signals change in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal S-O is supplied to a driving circuit A-O, the circuit A-O drives a load L-O based on the logic level of the signal S-O. In this case, the signal S-O is supplied also to an input signal inverting circuit B-O. The signal S-O varies between the power consumption to drive the circuit A-O and that to drive the circuit B-O. In other words, the change of the signal S-O is reduced by an extent equivalent to the electric power which is cunsumed at the circuit B-O. As a result, the occurrence of a pulse such as the crosstalk, etc. which is caused by the change of the signal S-O is reduced. |
