PURPOSE:To enhance the welding strength of abutted part with a plunger guide by forming a welding zone on the outer periphery of a laminated core and integrally welding a crude material stationary core, a laminated stationary core and the plunger guide at the welded zone. CONSTITUTION:A welding zone 27 is formed in advance on the outer periphery of a laminated statinary core 2. This zone 27 is formed by performing an arc welding annularly on the outer periphery of the core 2. The core 2 thus formed is inserted substantially into the center of the zone 27 in the tubular part of a crude material stationary core 3. Thereafter, a plunger 4 is engaged on the outer periphery of the core 3, and the butted part of the tubular part 31 and the guide 4 is welded over the entire periphery by electron beam welding or a plasma welding to integrally connect the tubular part, the core 3 and the guide 4 of the core 3, thereby forming a stationary core assembly. |
