PURPOSE:To mix and dilute plural kinds of liquids simply and easily by incorporating the constitution having the function of discharging plural kinds of liquids after sucking these successively. CONSTITUTION:A driving device 8 is connected to a piston 1B of a piston cylinder 1, and the device 8 is controlled by a controller 9. The controller 9 has a driving command signal generating means 10 for starting times setting means 11 the suction or discharge operation of the cylinder 1, a suction times setting mean 11 for operator's setting of the suction times of the cylinder 1 from the outside, and a discrimination command means 12 which compares and discriminates the number of the driving command signal Sd from the means 10 with the suction times set in the means 11, generates the suction command signal Sa in response to the driving command signal until the number of the signal Sd attains the set suction times and generates a discharge command signal Sb when it exceeds said times.
