<p>A drive unit for an immersion cleaner for parts includes a driven member portion of a basket for the parts which undergoes radial and axially oscillating motion, this driven member having a recess for a drive element on the end of a shaft extending down from a drive motor. The motor is carried by a head frame hinged to a head support portion attachable to a container which receives the basket. The drive unit rests upon and is supported by the driven member and the hinging of the head frame to the support portion allows the head frame to be freely removed from the driven member and also permits axial oscillation of the head frame in operation.</p> |
