PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of interference compensation by forming two pieces of photodetecting chambers respectively contg. sample gas chambers and coexisting interference gas chambers compositely in one metallic block. CONSTITUTION:An IR ray is transmitted through a chamber filled with a reference gas sucking no IR rays and a chamber filled with a sample gas. The luminous flux 3' transmitted through the reference gas and the luminous flux 4' transmitted through the sample gas are conducted into a chamber sealed therein with a sample gas G1 and a chamber sealed therein with a coexisting interference gas G2. In the respective chambers, the IR rays are absorbed corresponding to the sealed gases, and diaphragms 41, 42 displace in the directions of stationary electrode 46, 47 which output electric signals. It is possible to reduce the influence of temp., humidity, oscillations and external fluctuating factors such as gaseous atmospheres. |
