PURPOSE:To write data in ROM precisely by comparing outputted address information and data with the address information and data at an input terminal and, when these are not consistent with each other, sending an error signal to a writing device. CONSTITUTION:The titled writing device is provided with a comparator 15 which compares an address signal applied to a timing and level shifting circuit 13 with the one inputted to a ROM14 and a comparator 16 which compares an input data applied to the circuit 13 with an I/O data at an input terminal of the ROM14. Error signals outputted from the circuits 15 and 16 are sent to a ROM writing main device 11, where the errors are displayed. |
