PURPOSE:To supply stable electric power to a load, by connecting a diode in the opposite direction against output voltage of a unit, detecting each output voltage or voltage applied to the load, and controlling the output voltage of a stand-by electric power supply unit by a detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:An initializing operation is executed to electric power supply units P1-Pn, and whether each output following the initializing operation exists or not is detected at 22 through photocouplers PC-1-PC-n, and is displayed at 1. On the 0 ther hand, a load 3 is connected to the units P1-Pn, and on the load 3, a load which requires prescribed output voltage from the units P1-Pn is provided. In this way, the output voltage to be outputted, which drops due to a fault of the units P1 Pn is compensated by stand-by electric power supply units A1-AZ, and the output voltage to the load 3 is secured. |
