PURPOSE:To combine magnetic bubbles transferred from plural current access type magnetic bubble transfer lines with other transfer lines by providing conductive layers with a hold pattern having a branched part opposed to the plural transfer lines. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble element having current access type magnetic bubble transfer lines whose magnetic bubble driving layers are 2 conductive layers or more having holed patterns is provided with a holed pattern having a branched part opposed to the plural current access type magnetic bubble transfer lines so that the holed pattern is fitted at least one conductive layer or more. For example, the 1st conductive layer 2 of the 2-conductive layer current access type magnetic bubble element is provided with holed patterns 20-23 and the 2nd conductive layer 3 is provided with holed patterns 30-33 so as to be overlapped to each other by shifting them by about a half period. Driving currents 42, 43 are applied to the conductive layers 2, 3 in the order of a b c d a to transfer the magnetic bubbles to the lines shown by arrows like 91 93 and 92 93. |
