Polyethylene terephthalate resin compositions containing filler or reinforcing agent, a selected sodium or potassium salt of a hydrocarbon acid or a salt of a selected organic polymer containing pendant carboxyl groups, and a selected low molecular weight organic ester, ketone, sulfone, sulfoxide, nitrile or amide. Articles molded from the compositions have high gloss when molded at temperatures below 110 DEG C.
