<p>PURPOSE:To improve manufacturing efficiency, by providing a first tubular mold capable to enlarge and contract its diameter, a second mold of an elastic ring stopper and a pipe end stopper combining a plunging member to a working apparatus which attaches an elastic ring inside a plastic pipe end. CONSTITUTION:Before a plastic pipe is fitted to a first mold 1 and a second mold 5, an elastic ring 4 attached to the inside of the plastic pipe is fitted. Then a conical body 2 is moved irhtward and the first mold 1 is inlarged until its outer diameter becomes as same as that of the second mold 5. After this state is attained, preheated and softened plastic pipe P is pushed and fitted on the first mold 1 via a guide 7. Vacuum aspirating holes 8 and 9 are made negative pressure, the plastic pipe P is deformed and contacted to the elastic ring 4. After cooling and hardening, the conical body is moved leftward, a pipe end stopper combining plunging member 6 is moved rightward and the plastic pipe P with the elastic ring 4 is drawn off.</p> |
