PURPOSE:To perform the high fuel cost operation of a vehicle without damaging the performance of operation at its start by issuing an alarm so that the duration of the accel full opening state is controlled below the preset time without limiting the accel treading. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 2 is closed at t=t1, that is, when the accel full opening state occurs, a capacitor 10 starts discharging through a discharge resistor 12 and the level of voltage V3 on both ends starts lowering with the time constant specified by each value between the capacitor 10 and resistor 12. If V3<Vth is assumed at t=t2 when it elapses only for the preset time td from t1, the level of timer output voltage V2 becomes high. Since the level of inverse voltage V1 has already become high at t=t1, becomes high in a lapse of time td after the switch 2 is closed. Output voltage V4 is applied to an alarm device 16 through an OR circuit 15. |
