<p>PURPOSE:To prevent contamination of a mold and production of a defective molded product, by forming a polyolefine layer integrally on a rubber substrate by heating and pressing, after putting a blank of peroxide containing polyolefine on a peroxide containing unvulcanized rubber substrate. CONSTITUTION:After putting polyolefine (po) material containing 0.4-10phr of peroxide on an unvulcanized rubber substrate containing 0.4-10phr of peroxide as a crosslinking agent, heat and compression molding is perfomed on the condition of press pressure 100kg/cm<2>, 170 deg.CX10min. By this, the po blank is peroxide- crosslinked together with unvulcanized rubber, the po layer is integrally formed on the rubber substrate. Also, the po blank may be incorporated with 50-500phr of a lubricant to improve lubricity of the po layer. Dicycloperoxide, dicumyl peroxide etc. can be used as said peroxide and graphite, molybdenum disulfide etc. as the lubricant.</p> |
