An arrangement for a coaxial hose coupling, especially an arrangement which permits interconnection of the coupling halves (1, 34) when one of them carries pressure, e.g. because it is connected to a pressure-producing pump. The coupling halves (1, 34) consist essentially of two concentric tube sleeves (2, 5, 28, 29) and during interconnection the male sleeves (2, 5) are introduced into the female sleeves (28, 29). The coupling halves (1, 34) are provided with valve arrangements (4, 18, 24) which close off the flow paths in each of the coupling halves when these are taken apart. In the interconnected state the coaxial coupling permits free rotation of one coupling half with respect to the other. |
