PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for accurate machining and the precise control for the size, and to improve productivity by punching air gaps detaching sections among magnetic poles to cores, from which arbitary partial number is removed, through the pre-process of the punching of external forms and laminating, stacking and fastening the cores in a die. CONSTITUTION:Each laminating plate C1...CR...Cm...Cn is manufactured, the air gaps alpha detaching sections among magnetic poles formed to residual laminating plates except four of C1, CR, Cm and Cn are punched through the pre-process of the punching of the external forms of the cores, these cores are each changed into blocks by stacking fastening sections 5 while respective piece of I-IV keeps mutual positional relationship in a drag, and the laminating plates to which the air gaps alpha are not machined are punched as necessary. Accordingly, accurate machining and the precise control for the size are unnecessitated for extremely fining sections h, and productivity as well as the efficiency of a magnetic circuit can be improved. |
