摘要 PURPOSE:To make desirable drooping character selectively changeable, by using an engine-driven separately excited shunt generator, exciting its field with a battery, detecting armature current and voltage, and controlling the field. CONSTITUTION:A battery 5 is charged with an engine-driven generator 19. A field 1b of an engine-driven separately excited shunt generator 1 and a transistor 18 are connected on both terminals. A current transformer 6 detects armature current of the generator 1. A resistor 7 detects its voltage. A comparator 17 compares with voltage of a reference voltage setter 16 connected to a stable power supply 15, after composing at a composer 14. The transistor 18 is controlled ON and OFF. Hence, the external output characteristics can be controlled to make constant current characteristics, constant voltage characteristics, and desirable drooping character from constant current to constant voltage characteristics. The workability can be improved substantially.
