PURPOSE:To heighten the cooling efficiency of a radiator provided just behind a front wheel and inclined forward, by bending the front and rear parts of each radiating fin so that the front and rear parts extend almost in parallel with the road surface and by providing a step on the widthwise almost central part of the fin. CONSTITUTION:A radiator body 7, which is mounted on the downwardly extending pipe of the frame of a motorcycle and slightly inclined forward, has a rectangular radiating section 8 in the center. The radiating section 8 comprises numerous cooling water pipes 9, raidating fins 10 and so forth. A cooling wind passage 11 is defined between the radiating fins 10. The front part of each radiating fin 10 is bent upward so that the front part extends almost in parallel with the road surface. The rear part of each radiating fin 10 is bent downward so that the rear part also extends almost in parallel with the road surface. A step 15, which obliquely extends downward and backward, is provided on the widthwise almost central part of the fin 10. |
