PURPOSE:To increase damping effect in a vibration range of low level by applying a friction damper having the structure in which a plurality of annular springs for the damper are piled up to a flange or the both faces of attaching base. CONSTITUTION:Friction dampers 11, 12 having the structure in which a plurality of annular springs 10 such as plate spring or ring spring are piled up as a damper, are applied to the upper and lower faces of attaching flange 3 on bushing 2. The friction dampers 11, 12 are arranged at an angular position on the circumferential line to be fixed to an attaching base 13 by a bolt nut 14 and the section between the bushing attaching flange 3 and the attaching base 13 is sealed hermetically by a bellows 15.
