A hygienic method of manufacturing for earthworm extract was described. The live earthworms(1kg) put into water(below 15≦̸C) and left for 20-180 min exchanging the water 2-4 times. The clean earthworms moved into closed container, and added ethanol(above 15 %), and left above 10 hrs. This soln. was treated by ultrasonification(20-25 kc/sec), and filtrated by filter colths(above 250 meshes). The filtrates were boiling above 2.5 hr for separating ethanol, and added tocopherol(0.3 1 %). Thus, the earthworm extract containing proteins. vit. B1,B2, iron, potassium, inorganic substances, lipids and etc. was manufactured
