PURPOSE:To manufacture a bend waveguide having high accuracy at a low cost by a simple process, by dividing a doughnut-like molding body obtained by means of machine work and welding, into 4 parts in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A bend waveguide is manufactured by manufacturing each member such as an outer ring 11, an inner ring 12, and side plates 13, 14, assembling them, welding them by an electronic beam being extremely difficult to generate distortion, and cutting a pipe molded like a doughnut, to 4 equal parts. In said manufacturing process, since no mechanical pressure is put on, no sectional deformation occurs, variations of the quantity of phase between products are small, accuracy of the product is high, and its cost is low because of a simple manufacturing process. |
