PURPOSE:To clamp dies efficiently with a simple device by connecting a high pressure circuit to a die opening and closing circuit through a selector valve. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd pump 31 of high pressure is provided in parallel with a pump 15, and the line 32 of the pump 31 is conducted to a solenoid selector valve 33. In the late period of die closing by the flow rate control valve 11 of a cylinder unit 8 or after die closing, the valve 33 is moved to the left from a neutral position E, and the oil of high pressure lifted with the pump 31 joins to a line 12 through lines 32, 35 and is supplied to the top surface of a piston 8b, whereby dies are clamped. The volume of the oil for the die clamping is required merely for pressurizing the oil additionally and can be small because the oil pressure has already acted when the dies are closed. Thereby, the need for separate circuits is eliminated, the dies are clamped by the same cylinder, the circuit consititution is simplified and the number of parts is reduced. |
