The hydraulically-operated outrigger is for a lorry-mounted crane (2) having a bracket (1) mounted on the lorry and containing a hinging ram (4,5) with a support foot (6) on the end of the piston rod. The outrigger is slid out horizontally into the working position at right angles to the ram, which is swung up into the horizontal position for stowage. - A telescopic device (10b) is fixed between the foot and the ram cylinder mounting on the bracket, and its two components can be locked in position in relation to each other. This allows the outrigger to be swung up hydraulically into the stowed position.(1) |
