<p>Precipitates formed by the blending of ketone of b.pt. under 200 deg.C b.pt. such as acetone to coal tar from which light oil fraction having under 270 deg.C b.pt. is removed preliminarily or to heavy oil produced by liquefaction of coal, are removed, then the solvent is sepd. The solvent is blended with coaly heavy oil in amt. of 10-60(30-50)wt.% on the total quantity. Formed precipitates can be removed easily by sedimentation on standing, centrifugal sepn. or ordinary filtration. Solvent is recovered by distn. and reused repeatedly. Refined coaly heavy oil which is useful for prodn. of carbonaceous material of high quality (e.g., easily graphitisable needle coke, isotropic carbon, active carbon of high grade) is obtd. Substance contg. quinoline-insoluble matters is pptd. in the form of easily separable material.</p> |
