An assembly has a gasket engaging the underside of the top wall of a centre boss in a mounting member, and a valve urged resiliently against the gasket underside and joined to a hollow stem passing through gasket and wall to engage a spray tip with outlet communicating with the stem and a passage bypassing the orifice. The tip and member have cooperating sealing surfaces including an inward shoulder in the member top wall and an outward annular surface on the tip underside. The shoulder is pref. defined by the outside of a recess in the top wall and the annular surface is a frustoconical surface of a flange. The tip is pref. of polypropylene.
