PURPOSE:To manage a dining room efficiently by displaying an item to be cooked on a display device for a kitchen simultaneously with issuing of a meal ticket and displaying the table for which the meal is to be served by inputting the table number, and enabling erasing and regeneration of the table number. CONSTITUTION:A meal ticket issuing register 1 issues a meal ticket and a service command device 3 inputs the receipt number of the meal ticket and table number by operation of a key. Data from the register 1 and device 3 are sent to a CPU4, and the data from the CPU4 are displayed on a monitoring device 21 for cooks of a display device 2 for a kitchen as a mark displaying the number of cooked meals. At the same time, they are displayed on a monitoring and inputting device 22 for waiters. The table number is displayed with an erasing mark, and the table number to which an erasing mark is attached is erased, or the erased table number is regenerated. |
