PURPOSE:To provide a mechanism capable of maintaining a carrier accurately at a fixed position during the printing operation by imparting a rotary charging force to a carrier driving driven by a motor in a fixed direction with an energizing member interlocking it through a clutch. CONSTITUTION:When a power shaft 5 turns in a fixed direction driven by a motor and a printing is performed with a hammer, a lever 70 turns backward against the charging of a spring 72. This allows a lever 63 as working member to turn in a fixed direction with the charging of a spring 69 to rotate a drum 48. This enables displacement of a carrier to a fixed position at the left or right end within the fine blind motion range due to the play of a driving mechanism thereof at least before the hammer stickes a type section and maintained at the position during the printing operation. |
